The Campus Recreation Office is committed to enriching student life through recreational, athletic, and wellness-oriented programs.
Our goal is to foster a culture of healthy living, fun, and community involvement, where students can rejuvenate, build friendships,
and pursue personal and collective fitness.
Facilities & Offerings

Indoor Recreation Facilities – Gymnasiums, indoor courts (basketball, volleyball), fitness studios, multipurpose rooms for dance, aerobics, yoga classes.

Outdoor Sports Fields & Courts – Football (soccer) fields, track and field areas, outdoor courts (tennis, basketball, volleyball), running tracks, open green spaces for informal games and picnics.

Fitness & Wellness Classes – Scheduled group classes like aerobics, Zumba, yoga, pilates, strength training, flexibility/stretching programs, etc.

Intramural & Club Sports – Organized leagues or friendly tournaments for students (e.g. football, basketball, volleyball, athletics), and opportunities to join sport clubs.

Outdoor Adventure & Recreation – Hiking, camping trips, adventure sports (if feasible in the region), nature walks, possibly partnerships with local recreation centers.

Recreation & Leisure Spaces – Common rooms, game rooms (table tennis, billiards, board games), and spaces for informal gathering and relaxation.
Programs & Events

Seasonal / Annual Sports Tournaments – Inter-hall tournaments, inter-university games, intramural championships.

Wellness Weeks & Fitness Challenges – Events focused on health education, step challenges, fitness bootcamps, “Move Your Body” or “Campus Active” days.

Outdoor Trips & Retreats – Day hikes, weekend retreats, nature excursions for relaxation, stress relief, and building community outside the campus.

Workshops & Skill Development – Coaching clinics for sports, dance workshops, training sessions (e.g. for CPR, first aid), self-defense, etc.
How to Participate
- All enrolled students are eligible to use recreation facilities—bring your student ID.
- Some facilities/classes may require membership or registration (e.g. intramural teams, fitness classes).
- Equipment may be available on loan (balls, racquets, mats etc.); reservations may be required.
- Keep an eye out for schedules, announcements via campus portals, social media, or notice boards.

Rules & Safety Guidelines
- Respect facility hours and staff instructions
- Appropriate attire required in fitness areas (shoes, clothing)
- No food or drinks in gym courts unless permitted
- Clean up after yourself; return equipment
- Follow safety protocols; report any hazards or equipment damage
